The delivery has been taking way too long and it’s just really frustrating. I’m still waiting, and at this point it just doesn’t feel great.

This smells really nice, kind of fresh and slightly floral, and it definitely lasts a long time after applying. I especially like how noticeable it is right away without needing much at all. It’s just a little stronger than I usually prefer, so I use a lighter amount, but overall it’s a lovely scent.

I might be missing something, but this barely foamed up for me. The lather was weak, so it didn’t really feel like it was doing much.

I used Viori for a few months because I was hoping it might help with hair growth, but... I don’t know, I didn’t notice any difference. My hair felt fine overall, maybe a little nice at first, but growth-wise nothing really changed for me. Kind of disappointing, so I probably won’t be buying it again.

I was hoping to try a few different things, but the selection was small. It was mostly the same kinds of bars, and, for my hair, there just weren’t many options.

Trying to use this site was a pain. Pages loaded strangely, it took forever to find what I needed, and the checkout process was confusing. Every time I thought I was getting somewhere, it felt like the goalposts moved and I had to figure out something else. I gave up twice, and at this point I really don’t want to deal with it again.

I really like that Viori skips the plastic packaging. I’m always assuming anything beauty-related is going to show up in another bottle or tub, so it was nice to get simple paper boxes instead. The bars looked cute and felt a little more thoughtful than the usual stuff. That said, the box was dented when it arrived and one corner was beat up. I know shipping can be rough, but for the price I kind of expected it to look a bit cleaner out of the mailer. Overall, I like the concept a lot, I just think the packaging needs to be a little sturdier.

I really wanted this shampoo bar to work for me, but after using it a few times, my hair was still frizzy. I’ll give it credit for smelling nice and feeling gentle, which I liked, but the frizz control just wasn’t enough for what my hair needs. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not the right fit for me.

I literally just wanted more straightforward transparency before supporting a company like this. Not really for me

Returning my order ended up being such a hassle. Every time I asked about my refund, it felt like I just got another “that’s our policy” explanation instead of any real help. I get that companies have rules, but the whole process took way longer than it should have and was frustrating.

i actually like the products, but the shipping was super slow. it took way longer than i expected, and the tracking didn’t update for days, which was frustrating. it’s annoying when you’re waiting around and have no idea what’s going on.

I ordered from Viori because I thought it would be a more sustainable choice, but I came away a little disappointed. Honestly. There was still more packaging than I expected, and the sustainability details felt vague to me.

Maybe I missed some info somewhere, but I was hoping for clearer proof instead of just nice-sounding wording. For a brand that leans so much into being green, it just didn’t feel convincing enough. Meh.

I really wanted these bars to work out, but just a heads up if you’re thinking about buying them: mine didn’t last nearly as long as I hoped. The shampoo bar started getting soft quickly, even though I was careful to keep it away from direct shower water and let it dry between uses.
It cleaned my hair fine, so I wouldn’t say it was a total fail, but for the price I expected more than just a few weeks of use. I’d probably skip buying again unless they improve how long the bars hold up.
